** Disk Space - the included 1 GB of disk space is typically plenty for most small to medium size business web sites and leaves room to expand. Disk Space includes all files on your website and in all of your email accounts. In the case that you require additional disk space, it is available at an additional $5^/month per additional 500 MB or part thereof.
** Bandwidth Transfer - the included 2 GB of bandwidth transfer is typically plenty for most small to medium size business web sites and email and leaves room for bursts of activity. In the case that you require additional bandwidth, it is available at an additional $10^/month per 1 GB or part thereof. Note that the bandwidth transfer allotment includes email transfer for your email addresses, any marketing emails/newsletters you send, as well as the bandwidth for your web site..
Email Addresses - each email address is setup with a 100MB limit on the server by default. The limit can be adjusted as required (contact us via email to request this). Note that email storage on the server applies to your maximum "Disk Space" (see above) and that email transfers (sending/receiving email) apply to your "Bandwidth Transfer" (see above). Additional email addresses are available at an additional $1^/month each. There is no setup fee for these.
Other - if you need to temporarily suspend your website for any reason you may notify us of this and we will leave the site on the system for up to 6 months after which time it will be permanently deleted if we don't hear otherwise from you. The cost to re-instate the site at any time during the six months is $50^ plus the next billing term's licensing and hosting fee. You can only suspend your site at the end of a paid billing term.
Chilli Websites does not refund nor apply credit to any account for any reason unless previously agreed to by us in writing.
^ The lowest cost per month is when the website is paid for annually in advance, whereas the highest monthly cost is when paid on a month to month basis. All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD). The Australian Government's 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in this cost. Non-Australian residents do not pay the GST.
